Technology Champions Group invites you to an open house discussion on Digital Personal Data Protection Bill 2023. According to a reply to the Hon'ble Supreme Court by Solicitor General, the government will be placing the DPDP Bill in the Parliament in upcoming Monsoon Session.

The session will be in an open house format, where all questions related to Indian Personal Data Protection laws in making can be asked, doubts cleared or views/ comments presented. The event will be lead and moderated by Commander Mukesh Saini (Retd. ), former National Information Security Coordinator, (PMO/GOI).

Time permitting the existing SPDI Rules (Personal data protection provisions under the IT Act, Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011)) may also be discussed.

All professionals are welcome.

Please note due to technical limitations only the first 100 participants can join the session. Session will open about 5 minutes before the start of the event.
